Nearly 100 government, philanthropic, business and nonprofit leaders gathered in New York, New York, on October 29, 2026 for “Investing in Proven Workforce Training: How to Prepare Workers for the Age of AI”.
Co-hosted with Per Scholas and the New York City Employment & Training Coalition, the event highlighted the success of the Per Scholas workforce development program, which used evidence to connect Americans to good-paying jobs. The story is featured in our new book, Do What Works.
