Results For America Responds To Health & Human Services Newly Drafted Head Start Performance Standards

On September 8, 2015, Results for America responded to a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services regarding newly drafted Head Start Performance standards. These recommendations were informed by a 2014 report published by RFA, “Renewing Head Start’s Promise: Invest in What Works for Disadvantaged Preschoolers” and RFA’s ongoing work to use data, evidence, and evaluation to improve outcomes in Head Start.
