Yisset Gomez is the Manager of Finance and Operations at Results for America. She is an impact-focused professional with experience spanning federal service, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, she has managed complex operations and resources, supported financial and administrative processes, led creative engagement programs, and worked to strengthen organizations serving diverse communities. Her experience includes five years with the U.S. Small Business Administration, where she supported small businesses and nonprofits nationwide, and 14 years at The Juilliard School, where she managed programs, operations, and resources while leading community engagement and educational initiatives that connected artists with diverse audiences.

Yisset holds an M.P.A. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, with a concentration in Public Policy and Management, and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Theater Arts from the City University of New York’s Lehman College. Fluent in Spanish, she is passionate about service, lifelong learning, and using her talents to make a meaningful difference in the world.

She is the proud mother of Destinee’ and Lucas, who inspire her every day, and enjoys walks around Manhattan with her favorite pups, Buddy and Benny.
