Veronica Kapnick

Vice President of Measurement, Evaluation and Learning


Dr. Veronica Kapnick is the Vice President of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning at Results for America. She previously served as Director. Before joining the RFA team, Veronica worked as an independent consultant, working in the non-profit and government sector and with organizations big and small, to tailor research, monitoring and evaluation activities and strategies according to budget, needs and capacity. Veronica specializes in the implementation, execution, and management of performance measures, quality assurance protocols and impact monitoring strategies, and has spearheaded multi-year research projects and program evaluations across diverse communities throughout the US in the areas of public health, community revitalization, housing, youth and workforce development, education, and financial empowerment across diverse communities.

Veronica obtained her Doctorate in Sociology in 2016 from the City University of New York. A sociologist by trade, and expert in research methods, Veronica uses the skills and expertise she’s gained throughout her academic and professional career to use “data for the greater good”.
