Tlahuilli Cortez is an Associate on Results for America’s People & Culture Team. Previously, they served as an Associate for Strategy and Innovation at RFA, supporting the Executive Team and assisting in strategic initiatives across the organization. They reside on unceded Yokut territory in the Central Valley of California and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Race and Ethnicity from UC Berkeley. Tlahuilli is passionate about supporting communities in their own empowerment with an emphasis on Native Land sovereignty and mental health awareness. They are excited to be working with RFA to create and stabilize inclusive systems and ways of being.
