Saurav Upadhyay is an Associate Product Manager with the Results Network at Results for America. Prior to joining RFA, he supported knowledge management, learning, and digital content strategy at USAID’s Center for Education, where he led the strategic enhancement of the Center’s knowledge-sharing platforms and engagement strategies. He also previously managed a global network on interfaith dialogue and peacebuilding at the Alliance for Peacebuilding, where he facilitated collaboration among grassroots organizations, donors, and researchers. Before that, he worked at the American Friends Service Committee, where he contributed to international peacebuilding programs and supported cross-regional learning and digital engagement.

Saurav brings a deep commitment to public service, having worked across sectors to strengthen evidence-informed decision-making, elevate community voices, and support locally led development.

He holds a B.A. in Communications and an M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from Arcadia University.
