Samuel Christensen is the Associate Director of State and Federal Policy Implementation at Results for America. Sam has nearly a decade of experience in state government, with expertise in developing, analyzing, and communicating budget and policy decisions, particularly those related to education and social services. He most recently served as a Senior Fiscal Analyst for the Michigan House of Representatives’ nonpartisan House Fiscal Agency, where he worked with representatives to develop the state’s PK-12 school finance and Department of Education budgets, and led analyses of Michigan’s child care subsidy program. A native Michigander who now resides in the Cincinnati area, Sam holds an MPA from the University of Missouri’s Truman School of Public Affairs and a BS in Political Science from Grand Valley State University.
