Rosemary DaCruz
Associate, Federal Practice
Rosemary DaCruz is an Associate with Results for America’s Federal Practice Team. They use their years of administrative experience to work behind the scenes, helping to execute projects and coordinate team communication.
Prior to joining RFA, Rosemary worked in legislative advocacy and political organizing. They started their career as a community organizer at For the Many, bringing community members and students together around campaigns for housing, healthcare, and climate. In their most recent position at Communities for Local Power, Rosemary provided administrative and operational support for projects around utility justice, energy affordability, and green workforce development. Throughout all of their work, Rosemary has been passionate about changing individual’s lives and driven by a goal to create a more equitable, sustainable future — the same goal that brought them to RFA.
Rosemary is a first generation college graduate, holding a B.A. in English and a Paralegal Certification from Marist College. When they’re not working to build a better world, they can be found exploring New York with their partner or petting stray cats.
