Before transitioning to his current role as Data and Innovation Manager in the City of Phoenix’s new Office of Innovation, Ricky Duran was the Data and Research Manager for the city’s Business and Workforce Development Division. In this role, he worked to leverage data to inform continuous improvement efforts to better service the local community’s workforce needs. Before coming to the City of Phoenix, Ricky also worked for the local opportunity youth collaborative, Opportunities for Youth, whose goal is to mitigate youth disconnection in the Phoenix Metro Area. Ricky continues to support City of Phoenix Workforce, in his new role where he is supporting the development of data-driven efforts across the city.
