Raul F. Yanes is a is a former partner at Davis Polk. & Wardwell LLP and former Global Head of Non-Financial Risk at Morgan Stanley.

From 2003 to 2009, Raul served in various senior positions in the Administration of President George W. Bush, including as Staff Secretary and Assistant to the President and as Senior Counselor to the Attorney General.

Raul graduated from Dartmouth College in 1987 and from Harvard Law School in 1991.
