As CEO of the Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area, Paul Fletcher is responsible for the architecture, evolution and fulfillment of the workforce board’s strategic objectives and responsibilities. Prior to his selection as CEO in 2017, Paul was the Project Director for ResCare Workforce Solutions who was/is the workforce contractor for the Rural Capital Area. In that position for 20 years, Paul was responsible for implementing directives from the workforce board and operating the one-stop centers in the Rural Capital Area. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.
