Natasha Latzman
Associate Director, Federal Practice
Dr. Natasha Latzman is the Associate Director for Federal Evidence-Based Policy at Results for America, where she leads the Federal Standard of Excellence to advance evidence-based policymaking across federal agencies. With over two decades of cross-sector experience in government, nonprofits, and tech, she has shaped policy priorities through strategic initiatives to improve outcomes for youth, families, and communities.
Prior to joining RFA, Natasha led policy initiatives at TikTok to advance evidence-based approaches to platform safety, and held senior research roles at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and RTI International, where she designed nationally recognized prevention strategies, developed learning agendas, and directed large-scale evaluations with nationwide impact. Her work includes over 75 peer-reviewed publications and government reports that translate rigorous research into actionable policies, informing state and federal investments in child welfare, mental and behavioral health, and violence prevention and response.
She earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Psychology and Law from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed her clinical residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Natasha has a BS in Human Development from Cornell University.
