Natasha Latzman
Evidence Fellow
Dr. Natasha Latzman is an Evidence Fellow (Director) at Results for America, where she partners with federal and state government leaders to strengthen how research and evidence inform program design, funding decisions, and policy. She brings deep experience across government, nonprofits, and technology, with a consistent focus on improving outcomes for youth, families, and communities.
Prior to joining RFA, Natasha led policy initiatives at TikTok to advance evidence-based approaches to behavioral health and safety, and held senior research roles at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and RTI International. In these roles, she designed nationally recognized prevention strategies, developed learning agendas, and directed large-scale evaluations with nationwide impact. Her work includes over 75 peer-reviewed publications and government reports that translate rigorous research into policy and practice, informing local, state, and federal investments across public health, child welfare, education, and public safety.
Natasha earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Psychology and Law from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed her clinical residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She holds a BS in Human Development from Cornell University.
