Mindy Tarlow is Managing Director, Portfolio Strategy & Management at Blue Meridian Partners. As a Managing Director at Blue Meridian Partners, Mindy oversees and conducts due diligence on potential Blue Meridian investees, manages relationships with current investees and oversees Blue Meridian’s evidence and evaluation practice.  In addition to these responsibilities, Mindy leads the recently launched collaboration with the Ford Foundation: The Justice and Mobility Fund.Previously, appointed by Mayor Bill de Blasio as the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Operations in New York City, Mindy oversaw the performance management of city agencies and cross-agency initiatives, data analytics, poverty research, and strategic efforts to advance equity and opportunity. Mindy spent close to two decades as the founding Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Employment Opportunities, providing employment services to recently incarcerated individuals. From 1984-1994, Mindy worked in the New York City Office of Management and Budget, rising to Deputy Director in 1992.
