Kier Scott is the Policy and Performance Manager for the Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio (WDBCO). An agency that supports the Columbus area’s economic expansion and is a leader for developing talent for a thriving central Ohio workforce. As the policy and performance manager, he manages the delivery and performance of Title I Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs. Scott also leads all the workforce policy research, analysis, and implementation for WDBCO. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Government and National Security from Tiffin University and a Master’s of Public Administration from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.
