Justin is the Data Manager for the Business and Workforce Development Division (BWDD) in the City of Phoenix’s Human Services Department. He started his career with the City of Phoenix in 2018 and worked in the Police Department before coming to the Human Services Department. As the BWDD Data Manager, Justin uses data and statistical analysis to help internal and external customers understand Workforce outcomes, progress, and opportunities for growth. During off hours, Justin enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with his wife, Angela.
