Jen Tolentino
Director, Local Practice
Jen Tolentino, a seasoned leader in public sector innovation, serves as the Director of Local Practice at Results for America. In this role, she works with government leaders to invest in data-driven, evidence-based solutions that improve lives and advance economic mobility. Before this, Jen was the Director of the Innovation Team (i-team) for the Mayor’s Office in Los Angeles. In this capacity, she played a key role in using data to tackle the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, developed projects to improve city decision-making, and helped Los Angeles earn platinum certification from What Works Cities.
Earlier in her career, Jen was the Vice President of Impact and Innovation at Rock the Vote, where she directed the civic technology and policy teams, bringing together government officials and voting rights advocates to modernize elections and engagement practices. She also has served as an advisor for national data standards and led government outreach for the Voting Information Project at the Pew Charitable Trusts.
Jen is a native Angeleno, receiving her BA from UC Riverside, and her MPP from UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs. She is also a marathon mentor with the LA Leggers.
