Grace Glaubman is the Deputy Director of the Summit and Medina Workforce Area Council of Governments (SAMWA COG), an organization that supports the Summit Medina Workforce Development Board (WDB) in Ohio Local Workforce Area 2. The WDB oversees local workforce investment activities implemented through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) by engaging local industry and employers, supporting education, training, and employment opportunities for job seekers, and contributing to economic development initiatives and strategic planning. Through her role, Grace manages the delivery and performance of local WIOA programming, leads all WDB procurement activities, and is responsible for program policy research, analysis and development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.
