Gina Cordero-Rahman currently serves as the Director of Performance Data Analytics for the Texas Education Agency (TEA). In this role, she will be working with core stakeholders across the agency to establish and align data analysis systems and visualizations in order to ensure that formative and summative initiative-level data drives managerial decision making. This role is situated within the Alignment and Delivery Unit, which applies best practices in planning and performance management to the 37 initiatives and 100+ workstreams of the Texas Education Agency Strategic Plan.

Prior to joining the TEA, Gina served as a Director for the Austin Independent School District in the fields of State Accountability, Assessment, Improvement Planning, and Performance Reporting. She has a teaching background and holds a Master’s Degree in Education from The University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Austin with her husband and three daughters, all who attend Austin public schools.
