Fiona Lin is Vice President of People & Culture at Results for America. Fiona arrives at Results for America with nearly 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience. After over half a decade leading client-facing contracts in public school teacher sourcing and certification with TNTP, Fiona shifted her focus to launching and scaling internal teams, including research and evaluation, data, and talent/people functions, first at national education nonprofits, and more recently at ActBlue, the premier online fundraising platform for Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations. At ActBlue, Fiona tripled total employee headcount while doubling racial diversity composition at all org levels, including C-Suite, and established a first time People team encompassing HR, Talent, D&I and Ops functions. Fiona received her B.A. from Yale University and an M.A. from the University of Michigan.
