Erica Mulberger has worked for CPWDC for 9 years starting her tenure as the Finance Manager. In her current role as Executive Director, she supports the region’s private sector led Workforce Development Board (WDB) and 9-county Local Elected Officials Board to develop, implement and manage initiatives addressing workforce challenges through partnerships with education, industry, and economic development agencies. Ms. Mulberger works with the WDB and other partners to identify training needs of local industry and implements procedures through the use of federal, state and local funding sources to make innovative, cost-effective system changes to increase the skills of the youth and jobseekers. As staff to the WDB, Ms. Mulberger is also responsible for the overall operations and effectiveness of six PA CareerLink® locations and The Link, a mobile workforce bus, in Central PA.
