Dr. Kelly Foster is the Associate Commissioner, Office of Continuous Improvement and Support. This is Kelly’s 22nd year in education. She has worked as an English teacher, a principal, Instructional Supervisor, Educational Recovery Leader before coming to the department in 2013 as Associate Commissioner.
