Diane Tackett has worked in public sector implementation and management of Workforce Development and Child Care Development Fund programs for 20 years. As the Deputy Director with two private contractors in the Texas Workforce Network, she has worked on several teams to identify and analyze evidence-based research and apply business solutions through risk assessment, strategic planning and change management in order to efficiently respond to changes in Federal, State and Local government systems. Diane graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Master’s of Science in Social Work and is currently the Chief Operations Officer for Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area.
