David Snipes is the Grants Director for the Greater Ohio Workforce Board (GOWB). David works to secure external funding for GOWB priorities.

Prior to this, David was the Director of the Montgomery County Business Solutions Center. As Director, David led a group of economic development and workforce specialists who actively worked with the business community to better understand their needs and connect them to the right resources to grow their business.

Mr. Snipes received his Bachelor of Science in English from Wright State University and holds the following certifications: SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional). Mr. Snipes is a former Sergeant First Class in the US Army and is an Operation Enduring Freedom veteran with multiple combat tours.
