Corey currently serves as Executive Director of Apprentice and Workforce Solutions with City Colleges of Chicago’s Economic and Workforce Innovation. He is responsible for building and leading a system-wide work-based learning and talent pipeline strategy that unlock transformational career opportunities for City Colleges students and fuel the Chicago workforce with diverse talent that is prepared to meet the needs of the economy. He serves as an operating committee member for the Northern Illinois Workforce Coalition, a collaborative of colleges that partner to implement and maximize regional workforce initiatives. His past experience includes serving in resource and partner development leadership roles with City Year Chicago and United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, and experiential learning at Marquette University. He holds a Master of Public Administration from University of North Texas and Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
