Cole Ware is a Manager on Results for America’s Solutions team focused on the Economic Mobility Catalog. He previously served as an Associate. He works to publish actionable research for local government leaders on evidence-based strategies to improve upward social mobility. Prior to RFA, Cole worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Presidential Management Fellow. He served as a project manager focused on implementing evidence-based practices in healthcare administration. Before federal service, he taught middle school English/Language Arts. Cole earned a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College.
