Ashley Williams is a management professional with almost a decade of experience in workforce development. Her personal hunger and drive for greater opportunities led her to the hilltop of Howard University where she obtained her Bachelors in Public Relations. In addition to her Bachelor’s Degree from Howard University, Ms. Williams holds a Masters of Public Administration and Human Resource Management from Bowie State University and two certificates in Innovation and Strategy and Strategies for Leading Successful Change Initiatives from Harvard University’s Professional Development Department. Under her leadership, she has established and enhanced the Pathways for Young Adults Program, through which more residents are connecting to high demand trainings and employment opportunities, communities and young adult populations are working to end cycles of poverty, and students throughout all eight wards benefit from rich summer and out-of-school programs. 

Ms. Ashley A. Williams is committed to making sure both adults and children have access to resources to help them excel throughout their career, life, and education. Her mission is leading those who have the will to learn and the desire for excellence to a successful and promising life.
