Alan Burrow is the Executive Director of District and School Performance in the Office of Accountability at the Mississippi Department of Education.  Alan has served in this role since April of 2016. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Service Retirement for the Public Employees’ Retirement System of Mississippi where he worked in policy administration and business analytics. Originally from Pearl, MS, Alan attended the Pearl Public School system, followed by Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Business Administration from the Else School of Business.
