Aaron Samulcek is the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Results for America. Aaron brings two decades of nonprofit management experience, specializing in leading social-impact organizations through significant change by integrating equity, diversity and inclusion with best-in-class financial management, organizational systems and processes. Previously, Aaron served as Chief Operating Officer of LGBTQ Victory Fund & Institute where he implemented a transformative strategic plan and revamped the organization’s financial infrastructure. In this role, he oversaw multiple nonprofit entities, created a pay equity structure and built a collaborative budget tool and process ensuring direct staff engagement, ownership and transparency. Prior to that he served as Chief Operating Officer and Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Planned Parenthood Great Plains, managing the financial turnaround and expansion of the organization. Under his leadership, PPGP doubled its advocacy and health care operations through two mergers. Earlier in his career, Aaron served as Senior Finance Director of Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Director of Finance and Administration for NYU Child Study Center.

Aaron received his B.A. in Business and Finance from Benedictine College and his M.P.A. from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
