Maia Jachimowicz

Senior Advisor, Equity Centered Program Design


Maia Jachimowicz is the Senior Advisor for Equity Centered Program Design for Results for America. In this role, she leads the organization’s work to accelerate the implementation of public policies that eliminate disparities in equitable access to public benefits and services. Maia previously served in the Biden-Harris Administration as a Senior Advisor for the American Rescue Plan Implementation Team – a White House office charged with ensuring effective and equitable implementation of the $1.9 trillion pandemic relief legislation.

Before that, Maia served as Vice President for Evidence-Based Policy Implementation for Results for America, where she led cohorts of local governments seeking to adopt evidence based policymaking. Maia also served as Director of Policy in the Office of the Mayor for the City of Philadelphia, where she directed the research, design and execution of public policy across a range of issues including workforce development, violence prevention and impact investing. Maia’s experience with the City of Philadelphia spanned nearly eight years, during which she also served as Assistant Finance Director and Assistant Budget Director for the Office of Budget and Program Evaluation.
