Harnessing the Power of Evidence and Data to Improve Workforce Outcomes
Building on the Moneyball for Workforce Development Policy Report, Results for America has developed a series of recommendations to inform the reauthorization of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Developed in partnership with America Forward, this slate of proposals will direct resources toward proven programs, promote investments in evaluation, and improve workforce data infrastructure. WIOA reauthorization is long overdue, and these proposals will reform this outdated system by investing in what works to improve outcomes for American workers.
