Senior Manager of Human Resources, People and Culture
Yvonne Reyes is the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Results for America. She previously served as the Human Resources Director for a Printing Company, a family owed business with 56 employees. She worked there for ten years and was their first/only Human Resource Staff member – A one woman team. In this role, she supported the President and Vice President in multiple process-based projects to improve the goals of the company. Yvonne brought the business into OSHA compliance, created/implemented a PTO tracking system, negotiated Medical/Dental plans for employees and managed all of their IT Purchasing, Security Cameras and Phone System. Among other achievements during her time at the company, Yvonne brought with her, her Purchasing Agent skills from where she was a Purchasing Agent for Liz Claiborne Inc., for 7 years. Yvonne attended Lehman College.
