Yera Tavarez is the Senior Manager of People and Culture at Results for America. Before joining the organization, she spent seven years as a Human Resource Talent and Employee Experience Partner within the Marketing & Advertisement, Retail, and Real Estate sectors. In her previous roles, she served as a trusted partner to the organizations by developing and aligning HR and Talent strategies and plan objectives with the organization’s mission to ensure consistency in the execution of a candidate/employee lifecycle. Her approach is to find collaborative approaches to talent management by assessing organizational performance systematically, defining talent gaps, fostering environments with diversity and inclusion, and proposing solutions in support of business objectives. No easy task, but she loves what she does and does it with a smile on her face. Yera holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Bernard Baruch College in New York City.
