Wayne has served as an Education and Workforce Specialist for the Higher Education Coordinating Commission in Oregon for the last 14 years. In his role he provides leadership for distance education systems, facilitates the WorkKeys initiative with partners throughout the state, works with employers and apprenticeship programs to provide job analysis to ensure appropriate alignment to WorkKeys scores, and provides general strategic thinking to bolster career development programs. Wayne has also been a high school teacher and tenured faculty at Oregon State University.
