Uthman Olagoke

Director, Opportunity Accelerator


Uthman Olagoke is the Director of the Opportunity Accelerator at Results for America. He previously served as the Associate Director of the Opportunity Accelerator. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, program design, stakeholder engagement, and public-private partnerships with a focus on equitable urbanization and community development.

Before joining RFA, Uthman served as the Lead Project Manager at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, supporting the implementation of a citywide plan to address childhood exposure to lead-based paint hazards. He also worked at 100 Resilient Cities, an initiative of the Rockefeller Foundation, where he delivered consultative thought partnership and technical assistance to local governments developing resilience strategies to address major urban challenges. Prior to 100 Resilient Cities, Uthman managed strategic partnerships at Citymart, a civic-tech platform, helping local governments and community partners leverage the traditional government procurement process as an effective community problem solving tool. Additionally, he worked as a project lead at Bennett Midland, a management consulting firm that works with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and foundations to develop and implement new programs and initiatives, solve operational problems, and execute effective management strategies. Uthman is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
