Tim Griffith is the Director of Workforce Development at Results for America (RFA). Prior to joining RFA, he served as Senior Evidence Advisor for the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction and as an Evidence Advisor with the North Carolina Office of State Budget and Management, where he supported statewide evidence capacity-building efforts through the development of agency learning agendas, program evidence reviews and syntheses, agency-requested research and evaluation projects, and initiatives to align state spending with evidence-based policies and programs. Tim previously held roles with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies, IMPAQ International, MEF Associates, and the Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness, conducting studies and providing technical assistance on unemployment insurance, workforce development, and human services programs.

Tim holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ohio State University.
