Sue Chang Pippel is the Senior Manager, Salesforce System Administration and Data Analytics at Results for America.  Her experience and expertise include: financial and business analysis, project and data management support, data migration and integration, and database administrative support.

Sue has previously served as a Senior Accountant in several small to large sized law firms prior transitioning into a role as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a leading global IT Consulting firm.  In this role, she served as the Data Migration Lead managing all data migration processes from legacy CRM into Salesforce.  Sue has also volunteered as a Salesforce Administrator at a local nonprofit in Chicago and continues to volunteer her time supporting nonprofit organizations.

She holds a B.S. in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies. She has been a Certified Salesforce Administrator since 2020 and is actively involved in Nonprofit Salesforce User Groups.

Outside of work and studying for Salesforce certification exams, she enjoys spending time paddling and racing competitively in outrigger canoes with her husband.
