Ryan Galvin Wise is Senior Writer at Results for America. Before joining RFA, she worked as a Policy Analyst for the Bureau of Governmental Research in New Orleans, where she researched and wrote about a range of policy issues, including public education, housing and public employee retirement systems. Prior to that, Ryan worked in local government and public policy research in New York City. As Deputy Director of Policy and Research for the Manhattan Borough President, she collaborated with a team of policy analysts to explore and propose solutions to key issues affecting Manhattan residents. Her research focused particularly on housing and homelessness. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans.
