Robin Anderson, M.Ed. currently serves as the Executive Director of Outreach and Professional Learning in School Support & Improvement at the Oklahoma State Department of Education. In this role she provides support to SIG sites throughout the school improvement process. Robin has created, in collaboration with SIG sites, a school improvement cycle that allows sites to determine areas of success and the root cause for areas for improvement. Embedded and continuous professional learning targets the areas of improvement to build capacity at the district and site levels. Beginning in 1997, Robin has been a classroom teacher, an elementary assistant principal, and head principal. In June of 2016, she came to the state department as the Director of Special Projects. Robin lives in Moore with her three sons, along with her two yorkies, Riley and Bella, who are the center of her world.
