Pingjing Zou serves as the Vice President of Technology and Impact Systems at Results for America. She previously served as Director. Having worked in the nonprofit industry for over 12 years, Pingjing’s experience and expertise include: Salesforce solution design and development, technology portfolio management, data analytics, program evaluation, people management as well as quality assurance & compliance.

Pingjing successfully led several technology transition projects prior to joining RFA. She also led the creation of Change InSight – an information clearinghouse for the nation’s AAPI communities and other immigrant communities powered by Salesforce technology. She is a Certified Salesforce Administrator since 2018 and a Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I since 2021.

Ms. Zou’s education includes a Master’s in Public Administration from Illinois Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Economics from South China Normal University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Beijing Technology and Business University.

Ms. Zou has lived in Chicago for over 12 years and enjoys all the city has to offer, especially the food!  She is an avid traveler and takes every opportunity to explore a different part of the globe.  She loves to stay active and rock-climbing is a favorite pastime.  When not staying active, she enjoys learning to code.
