Naquita Goldston

Manager, Certification, What Works Cities


Naquita Goldston is the Certification Manager for What Works Cities. She brings with her a passion for anti-poverty strategy and implementation with deep experience in local government. Her policy domain experience spans benefits access, public & affordable housing, homeless services, and digital equity. She has served in program, partnership, budget, and policy analysis roles in New York City government. She also managed the Continuum of Care homeless services portfolio at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. Prior to joining RFA, Naquita was a Strategic Partnerships Manager at a digital equity nonprofit working with public housing authorities, local governments, and community-based organizations nationwide to connect their communities to affordable internet.

Naquita earned her Master of Public Administration from New York University and her Bachelor of Science from Penn State. She is an AmeriCorps VISTA alum and a certified Project Management Professional.
