Mindi Parsons is currently the Administrator of the Integrated Student Support and Programs Office at the California Department of Education (CDE).  Her office oversees the foster youth, homeless education, and American Indian Education programs.  Mindi has been with the CDE since 2009 and has facilitated, coordinated, and administered a variety of programs including adult education, career technical education, Title I, and vulnerable student population programs.
