Mike Larson

Vice President, Development


Mike Larson is the Vice President of Development for Results for America. Previously, he served as Vice President of Development for Democrats for Education Reform (DFER) and its affiliate nonprofit organization, Education Reform Now (ERN), where he oversaw fundraising for the organization and its policy advocacy and political efforts. Prior to ERN, Mike worked in corporate philanthropy at UBS where he co-managed and oversaw implementation of UBS NextGen Leaders, a five-year commitment to increase college graduation among low-income, first-generation students. He was also project lead for the development and launch of The TalentED Project, a technology platform that matches first-generation students with top colleges by connecting admissions and college access professionals. Before UBS, Mike led Teach For America’s fundraising, growth strategy, and communications efforts in New Jersey. He began his career as a high school math teacher in Camden, NJ, as a member of the Teach For America program.
