Liz currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Tipping Point. Previously, as the former Chief Finance and Growth Officer at First Place for Youth, Liz led the Finance Team and helped to ensure the organization’s financial sustainability.  She was also responsible for leading the organization’s strategic planning and national expansion efforts.  Liz previously served as the Chief of Staff at First Place and worked closely with the Board of Directors and CEO to establish the organization’s strategy and led its execution in partnership with members of the leadership team.

Prior to working at First Place, Liz was a Senior Portfolio Associate at the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation, where she supported grantees in improving program quality, strengthening organizational capacity, and executing business plans for expansion. Liz has a BS in Finance from Boston College and earned a dual degree from Indiana University with a Master’s in Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management and a Master’s in Philanthropic Studies.
