Lisa Morrison Butler is Executive Vice President and Chief Impact Officer at Results for America. Lisa previously served as Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Family & Support Services in two mayoral administrations. During her tenure, she led organizational transformation aimed at greater overall impact, overhauling the department’s approach to contracting and improving performance, embedding a focus on outcomes across seven program divisions and encompassing 60 program models.

Earlier in her career, Lisa held senior positions in the non-profit and private sectors.

Morrison Butler holds a B.S. degree from Indiana University and pursued post-graduate studies at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and the University of Chicago.
