Lindsey Jaekel serves as the Director of School Turnaround Support at the Colorado Department of Education. Before joining the Department, Lindsey was a project manager for Mass Insight Education where she supported districts in implementing strategies to improve their lowest-performing schools. Prior to Mass Insight, Lindsey worked on the Data Analysis and Research team for New Visions for Public Schools where she led the roll out of a comprehensive data system for New Visions’ network of 79 schools. Lindsey was an associate at Achievement First, developing and implementing curriculum and assessment systems for Achievement First’s network of schools in New York and Connecticut. Lindsey started her career as Kindergarten teacher in Chicago. Lindsey holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.A. from New York University.
