Lily Acton is the Manager, Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning at Results for America. In her previous roles, Lily has utilized her assessment, data management, and research skills to evaluate the impacts of public health programs and policies. Most recently, Lily was the Social Science Research Project Manager at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts. In this role she oversaw the design and implementation of research and evaluation projects to assess the impacts of federal, state, and institutional policies on access to reproductive health care. Lily also previously served as the Program Manager for a statewide quality improvement program based at Boston Medical Center where she managed the evaluation of education, training, and technical assistance services at Massachusetts’ birth hospitals.

Lily earned her BA in Public Health from Davidson College and her MPH with a concentration in Community Assessment, Program Design, Implementation, and Evaluation from the Boston University School of Public Health.
