Senior Manager, Workforce Development


Lee Hollis, Jr. is the Senior Manager, Workforce Development for Results for America. Prior to joining the RFA team, Lee served as a Workforce Program Coordinator and Interim Manager with Montgomery County, Ohio’s Business Services Department. While in these roles, he held the responsibility of leading county wide workforce initiatives as well as ensuring program operations followed federal, state, and local policies and regulations. Additionally, Lee managed the CARES Act program, distributing over $92 million dollars to 1,500+ organizations throughout the Dayton, Ohio metropolitan area. He has spent the majority of his career in public service, starting as a Management Analyst Intern with Hamilton County, Ohio Office of Budget, a Workforce Program Specialist with Montgomery County, Ohio, and a Regional Assistant Director with Miami University.  Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and Master’s in Public Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
