Lauren Hacker (she/her) is the Salesforce Administrator, What Works Cities at Results for America. Her experience and expertise include: managing databases, building custom Salesforce applications, and streamlining operations through automation.

Before joining Results for America, Lauren served as an operations professional supporting nonprofit organizations in optimizing systems to more effectively deliver educational and humanitarian services. She believes in the power of technology to advance social impact.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been a Certified Salesforce administrator since 2020 and Salesforce Certified AI Associate since 2024.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors, attending theater and concerts, and hanging out with her chihuahua mix, Walter.
