Jovanna Parkhouse is the Workforce Development Supervisor of Special Projects/Population for ARIZONA@WORK City of Phoenix. Fairly new to Workforce, she has been in her role for just over a year and brings fresh ideas to her projects. Previously she worked for the City of Phoenix in it’s Parks and Recreation and Convention Center Departments. She has a Master’s in Hospitality Management and a Bachelors in Advertising.
